They don’t answer the phone. Sends me directly to voicemail, I even pulled up to the location and called them.. still no answer .. sent to voicemail as well… but tacos are delicious tho…

Taqueria Elena looks like any typical Mexican food truck in a hotel parking lot, but the food was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable for great quality. I got a pastor quesadilla and a deshebrada (pulled pork) gordita. Both meats were tender and delicious. My favorite was the pastor because I prefer my meats a little more firm. The gordita tasted amazing and had the perfect amount of tasty refried beans. The quesadilla was cheesy and grilled to a crisp. Overall, the best authentic Mexican food truck I've been to.
