I went to Taqueria Garibaldi's on Cinco de Mayo. There are a few great things that set this restaurant apart: 1. Atmosphere: The setting and general appearance and feel of the restaurant is not only authentic, but cozy and inviting. 2. The Staff: In addition to a friendly setting, the staff adds to an enjoyable time by being extra-helpful, friendly, and familial. It is an absolutely lovely bunch of people. 3. Sound: There is just the *right* amount of noise. I think it probably has to do with the carpeting, quiet atmosphere, or medium crowd level...or maybe, it is just magic. I am not sure :). There is music, and there is speaking, but it is not overwhelming or taxing on the ears. You can actually hear yourself and others talk, and yet it is not so entirely quiet that you feel self-conscious when speaking. 4. The Food: The food is well-made, authentic, and just spicy enough for the typical taste. It is prepared in a quick manner, but does not resemble Taco Bell in the slightest. There is obviously a nice level of quality here! Overall, the experience here was great. There is nothing in my mind that needs improvement. The ownership has done an absolutely fantastic job!
