This used to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Humboldt. Covid hit and they closed the restaurant and opened their taco truck in the gravel lot close by. In the height of covid, I went with friends from work to get tacos. The employee working the truck took my money and then continued making my food. No gloves, no hand washing, nothing. I still have not been back. Today, my boyfriend went to get a burrito from the truck and the employee working was rude when he asked if he could have a red salsa. Amazing food every time! Staff is wearing masks. There store isn't open but they have a food truck right Nextdoor. Covid safe and continuing to make delicious food.

I love this place! Highly recommend the super veggie burrito! It's small but they have great service and everyone is very friendly. One of the best burritos in town!
