Love the prices and convenience of this food truck. The menu has a lot of variety, especially for a food truck! It has basically everything you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant, plus more. The location is behind the Starbucks at the gas station in Northgate next to McDonald's. It's really easy to get to and usually doesn't have that long of a line (especially if you go later in the evening). They're open from 10 AM until 10 PM every night, which is *so* nice for people who eat on the later side. It's the perfect option for dinner, but especially when other restaurants are closed. I love the enchilada platter. I always get it with 2 cheese and 1 steak. It's delicious, and the portion size is generous, as it comes with rice & beans. The service is always great. The staff is friendly and cordial. Overall, highly recommend. This is one of my favorite food trucks in Seattle. Taqueria La Pasadita beats the El Camion food truck in Home Depot parking lot by a LONG shot.
