This was my first time having hot pot and it was an amazing experience. The food was fresh and the broths were flavorful. The spicy one has quite a kick! Also, the staff was very attentive and polite.

This place is the best! Food has tons of flavor, it’s fresh, and the beverage selection is amazing. The staff is friendly and warm. The cumin chicken is so irresponsibly seasoned and one of the best dishes I’ve had anywhere. If someone asks me for Ames restaurant recommendations Taste Place is the first, and often only, place I will suggest. Cannot recommend enough.
