Has the fish tacos and they were incredible. So were the sweet potato fries. No complaints at all. Got to see them at the Highland Brewing Company meadow in Asheville.

Our dental practice, Gillespie Dental Associates, considers itself a very Asheville business. As such, we thought it would be fun to have a food truck come by to provide lunch for our staff prior to an important first-of-the-year planning session. Taste & See made themselves available to us, set up shop behind our office and gave my staff and a few of our professional park friends a wonderful lunch experience which enhanced the meeting that followed. The menu was varied enough to provide something for everyone and I can't speak highly enough of their eagerness to please. Oh, and the food was GREAT! My staff and I highly recommend Taste & See!

We were among the first to order when they were at CiderFest this year. My husband and I opted to share the fish tacos. After waiting a solid 15 minutes we were given our food. It was literally a soft taco shell filled with lettuce and the tiniest shred of fish, no exaggeration, like smaller than my pinky finger in length and width, and it had none of the other toppings like ginger/cucumber or the sauces. We took it back, waited another 15 minutes and received the same tacos but with slightly more fish. We had also paid $1 for a side of their awesome sauce, it came in one of those small sauce cups- half filled. The guy taking the orders seemed genuinely embarrassed at the quality of food coming out and made attempts to fix it by taking the tacos and sauce back to improve them. But even after getting the food back it really just wasn't that good, we ate it because options for food were extremely limited and we came to the event on empty stomachs. I think this place could do so much better, but unfortunately it was a very poor 1st experience. I don't know how any chef could possibly make a taco that skimp and be satisfied giving it to someone for $9+.
