This is a great option if you have to entertain a vegan or vegetarian friend. There aren't many options that I know of for Hot Pot for them, and this one is really great. I had the Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot and the fried oyster mushrooms. They both were flavorful and very filling. I will definitely be returning to enjoy it again!
