Thank you, Adam. I highly recommend Tavern 101 Grill & Tap House. I had a very long day added to a long week. Was looking for some comfort food on the web. Found Tavern 101 American Grill. Was immediately drawn to the ribs. I called and spoke to Adam. He was very pleasant. I ordered the ribs and coleslaw and asked what other side he would recommend. His recommendation of garlic mash potatoes was spot on. My daughter ordered the Ahi Tuna salad. Just for fun, I ordered the bread pudding. I was hesitant about ordering take out only because I have had poor experiences at other restaurants. I have been trying to support local businesses during Covid, but it is becoming a challenge due to the lack of customer service. When I arrived for pick-up, I was greeted immediately and warmly. The items in the bags were reviewed to be sure all was there, and I was given a tip about reheating the bread pudding. I was delighted to see that the food was packaged nicely. The ribs, coleslaw, and mash potatoes were separated so that the food did not smoosh together in transport. The bread pudding and ice cream were separated as well. It is refreshing to see such care given to packaging the food. I truly appreciate the customer service and friendliness. The food was delicious. I will be returning to this restaurant and hope to be able to dine-in soon. Thank you for making my evening relaxing.
