I feel so many mixed feelings writing this review. I used to go the Bellaire location, decades ago. I took my family here tonight, having not been for years, and remembering the food, never disappointed. Tonight, Food was as good, as I remembered it. But the customer service, was not even sub par, it was down right HORRIBLE!!! Worst I have ever experienced anywhere in my lifetime of dining out! They changed the hour recently. So if you plan to come late, call them first. I came late but they were still welcome. The food was decent. I tried Canh Chua, Ca kho to. Canh chua is a little sweet for me but still good though.

Came here with my family for a New Year's Eve lunch and we were so glad we did! Tay Do has been around in this location for over 20 years and the food has been consistently good the entire time. Despite living less than 10 minutes away, my family and I always forget about this restaurant since it's not located in Chinatown.
