Ted’s Bulletin in Arlington

The Ballston Ted's has been our go-to since they opened this location. The food is fantastic and I've always had good service. Since things started reopening, it's been clear that a lot of the staff have been training and have been lovely in the process.That said, the last three pick-up orders I've placed have had something wrong with them. The first time, I called requesting the bill be updated to reflect what I received instead of what I ordered and had the item replaced by a very apologetic staff member. The second time, I just ate what I received. The third time, they made the same error as the first time and the manager argued with my husband about what we ordered even after pulling it up in their order system and confirming how it was listed on the menu. They eventually replaced the mistaken item with the correct order, but honestly I'm getting pretty annoyed at this point.

Edit: This used to be our favorite place, but the service has become atrocious. I don't think we will be back. The last three times we have ordered something for takeout there was an issue with the order. Just now I picked up an order and went to make sure that it was correct. I pointed out that one of the items was wrong. A manger came out and argued with me until I got a menu and pointed to the item and the receipt. She walked off without saying anything. I wasn't sure if they were remaking it or not until I got someone else's attention and they told me it would be 20 minutes.
