Went and order was taken wrong. Wanted a sandwich and got a dinner. Food was good, but we were charged a 3% service fee. I asked the gal who brought our food what it was. She tried to explain and I didn't understand what she was saying so she provided the owner's business card and said to call him!Don't expect to be going back anytime soon.

I've been ordering from this restaurant for years and today was the worst experience that I've ever had with a restaurant. I ordered thru UberEats and I gave the restaurant instructions about the order. Not only were the instructions ignored, but items that should have been included in the order were not. When I contacted Ted's Place I was first told that their Acapulco chicken no longer includes the barbecue sauce nor the salsa. I only just ordered this dish last month and it came with both. They need to rename it plain, bland, tasteless dry chicken. I was then asked if I wanted to come and pick up the sauces thus defeating the whole reason for getting UberEats. They then said that they would have the UberEats driver deliver the sauces and that never happened. so I'm now stuck with cold dry tasteless chicken. Needless to say that I will never order from Ted's Place ever again and UberEats is history too.
