Worst experience! Ordered our food through their online system and selected pick time at 2:25pm. Food wasn’t ready for picking up when we arrived at the pick up time, stuff said it was system’s issue so our order had not been received properly and asked us to wait another 15 mins. No apology given.

Ten Ren is famous for their tea from Taiwan. Even my parents purchase the most expensive teas from them to gift to friends and family ($100 +). So you would expect no less from Ten Ren's Tea Time. Their milk teas are definitely good. I purchased the oolong milk tea last time I was here. It was good, but I can't say it's the best I had. This place is still worth coming back.
