I love this place and have been eating here for YEARS! Tonight, I ordered through DoorDash for dinner. My dasher was already there. The restaurant confirmed my order. 20 minutes later, I ask my dasher if there's an issue with the order, because he was still there waiting to pick up my order. He said he was already there waiting for someone else's order and had been waiting for over an hour. By this time, the restaurant was already closed. They have NO business accepting and confirming orders that they know they won't fill. When I went to cancel through DoorDash, I was told that since the restaurant was already making my order, I wouldn't get a refund. This is not okay. I don't know what's changed, but after coming for over 10 years, I'm never coming back and will tell everyone I know to stay away, or risk being scammed, like I was.

There are so many teriyaki places but I truly enjoy this one. They have a variety of Asian dishes. My favorite is the bento box which has a selection of choices with meat, California roll sushi, tempura & gyozas. I also enjoy their stir fry. Other place use there teriyaki to throw in (previously made). Teriyaki Plus actually stir fry the meat in with the vegetables. Best way is to call in ahead of time.
