The food here is blan at best. Brisket had no flavor and was a little dry. Sausage has no flavor. I thought I’d would try brisket jalapeño poppers…..peppers were crunchy from not being cooked long enough and the bacon was uncooked and even raw. Also not really any flavor either. If you want real Bar-B-Que avoid this place. The cashier was wonderful and pleasant.

What a great find! Our trip put us in Abilene, TX for the night and we were lucky enough to choose this place. Had the 3 meat plate with brisket, ribs and jalapeño sausage, slaw, potato salad and cornbread. The meats all were great, especially the jalapeño sausage! Wasn't the biggest fan of the potato salad, but good slaw and sweet cornbread! And although it's an order at counter and pick a table kind of joint, Ti-ti delivered our food and set us up for dinn...
