Service was very good and server always asked if we need specific meats to our table.

Serves lunch only on Friday. My brother in law and I booked a reservation on Open Table to celebrate finishing a marathon for him and a half marathon for me. Texas de Brazil is impressive from start to finish. We loved their salad bar. So many good healthy veggie choices, from salad mix to green beans to asparagus. There were some items that left something to be desired, like the smoked salmon. Once you sit down, the meat cycles by pretty fast so you need to pace yourself. The pork loin was pretty dry.  The standouts of the day were the filet mignon, the lamb chops, and the sirloin steak. They were incredibly flavorful and a perfect medium rare.  The lamb chops were just amazing - so tender they could have melted in my mouth. Make sure you try dipping the steak into their chimchurri sauce. Really amplifies the flavor to a new level! Also make sure you remind your people that desserts are not included. We were pleasantly surprised that we could get them to go, but then later looking at the bill we saw they do charge per slice. The key lime pie and crème brûlée were excellent, so since we had gift cards we didn't mind the extra splurge.

We visited this place for dinner. They took to long to get the meets out, the waiter said it was because we asked for it well done. The flavor was not impressive, it was closer to a cheap taqueria steak than a brazilian place. We won't be coming back.
