Terry and his crew were lifesavers for our wedding! we initially were looking at about $8000 to use the venue's designated catering but despite paying a $500 opt out fee to use our own vendor Texas firehouse catering still saved us thousands of dollars and the food was much better quality and quantity than we would have gotten elsewhere. they took the time to find us tasteful table settings at a low cost that were not styrofoam like other vendors were offering. it's hard to go wrong with BBQ in Texas but even my cattle ranching family was IMPRESSED. thank you Texas firehouse catering for helping us out and making our big day so delicious!
