While I usually enjoy visiting the Texas Roadhouse in Aberdeen, I have to say that I was very disappointed in how I was ‘handled’ earlier this evening.This being the place my parents requested, for us to have a celebratory dinner, in honor of their 62nd wedding anniversary, I used their call ahead seating service to ensure my parents wouldn’t have to wait a long time. I called, ~40 minutes prior to our arrival time, and was told that we could come in to be seated when we arrived.We arrived at 4:55, called into the restaurant, to make sure a table would be ready (again… trying to keep my elderly parents from having to stand and wait). I was told that we had an hour and a half wait, and that there were 16 tables in front of us!!!!!This is obviously not the way that call-ahead seating works, and when I said that to the young woman on the ph...
