I came in on a Thursday evening and planned to meet my wife for dinner. I had a booth at the bar and was drinking a beer while waiting for my wife. After 20 minutes the manager came and asked how long my wife would be because they waited long enough for her….very rude and felt rushed out even after spending good money there…

Last night was officially the WORST experience I’ve ever had going out to eat anywhere. Texas Roadhouse really lost my business here in Anderson... we decide to go out for dinner last night around 9 o’clock. We get there and get to sit down immediately but the host doesn’t say a word to us, so I go “how are you today!?” She goes “I’m alright but I don’t know why people are wanting or waiting to eat here, I wouldn’t..” then she just left.. I was like umm okay.. We FINALLY got some rolls, but then asked for extra rolls multiple times and never got any. Waitress took our order and while every table around us gets there food, we are sitting here for almost AN HOUR without anything and saw our waitress once. They finally give us our food but forgot to put in my ENTIRE order I asked for , Got a steak that was very rare instead of medium well and was cold, we got both of our baked potatoes totally loaded but we asked with only butter, and the fries we ordered were supposed to be loaded but were not. Literally everything was wrong and didn’t even get an entire one of our meals after an hour of sitting. Usually I’m very understanding , becuase I work with the public too so I undertand! But I let the manager know how the host acted, about all of our food including the rolls, and the way the waitress acted as well. But she literally just said “well I’ll cover your bill so your good to go, have a nice night...” I figured they would of asked us if we wanted some of those rolls we didn’t get to take h...
