Our family went out to Albany to bring our children to a Christmas event. Afterwards we stopped at Texas Roadhouse before our hour and a half ride home. I had picked out ordered my steak to be cooked at medium. My steak came out and it was cooked “well”. I showed the waiter and he apologized and said he would have it remade. I waited another 25 minutes for my steak to get recooked and by the time it came out I wasn’t even hungry anymore because my stomach had settled from out appetizers and sides. I asked for it to be just be packed up to bring home. I get home and get everything settled for the night and go to sit down to enjoy my steak and yet again my “medium steak is completely cooked through yet again. Very frustrating!!! My fiancé and I ordered $32 steaks cooked the same way and his was cooked as it was supposed to be so at least he got to enjoy his. We spend $150 on dinner and left and nice tip and I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.
