The food is not worth a three hour wait, dont tell me one thing then something different when I get there. After two and a half hours of waiting we went somewhere else. At the three hour mark we got that our table was ready

Was not busy at all when we arrived at 9:30pm. Waited an hour for our food. It was cold & wrong. Ordered a filet and got a burnt shriveled up looking piece of something.

MAJOR SHOUT OUT to Manager, Jess and our awesome waitress yesterday during our "friends get together" lunch. I'm sorry that we can't remember our waitresses name.There were three incidents that required an immediate response and resolution and these two handle it in a very professional yet caring and friendly manner.Texas Roadhouse should be very proud of these two for they are the reason people are glad to be repeat customers.We'll be back!!!Marie
