Thank God Blessings Owners are amazing. It's not cheap Vietnamese food, but more family styled. Bring your whole gang here to eat. Nice atmosphere and amazing food

This restaurant is where "Pho and Po" used to be. Inside, you'll see that The letters T and G stand for "Thank God". Only Vietnamese cuisine; no Louisiana food. I've tried their Beef ball Pho. It tasted clean (not greasy), delicious and fresh. They only serve two kinds of the beef noodle soup. You won't be regret it. My wife and I love Vietnamese cold noodles. The perfect dish for hot Texas days. My wife ordered the grilled pork paste. My choice was the sugar cane shrimp. I haven't eaten sugar cane shrimp before. This place is not the cheapest Vietnamese. It's not the fastest either. But the taste is so fresh, like it was prepared especially for you. The meat is tender and the vegetables crunchy. Was it worth the wait and cost? Definitely, in my opinion. I love the fresh taste.

I wanted to try this place because someone told me they have fried catfish here and I didn't feel like making the drive to Richardson for Saigon Block's infamous catfish dish. Turns out.... I should of drove to Richardson instead lol. I know fishes will always have a fishy aftertaste to it but this one reeked badly that the dipping sauces wouldn't even be able to save it. It almost seemed like they didn't clean and prepare the fish correctly before frying it. What sucks even more is they barely gave me any veggies to go with this meal (only enough for 1 person to eat when it's considered a big family meal) and I had to pay $52 for this?!? Yikes. If you're making someone pay $52 then maybe consider not skimping out on the veggies. I'm going to Richardson next time.
