The TGI Fridays in our neighborhood closed down, so this one was the next closest. We have gone twice within the last couple months, and they just can't get it together. The first time we went, there was a hair as long as my arm on my sandwich. How did the cook not see it? I got a fresh one, but the manager didn't offer to comp it. The second time, our service was painfully slow; even though there were tons of empty tables. Bizarre. My husband loves their potato skins, so I guess we will have to find another Friday's even further out. This one has too many issues to simply enjoy stress-free dining.
