We make a trip to Gatlinburg multiple times a year and we always come to this Friday's. Why? Very friendly service, great food and great atmosphere. Never letdown at all. Thanks for being such a great place because back at home the TGI Fridays has closed down so we miss it dearly.

The waitess was super sweet. Upon request she did bring one pack of two crayons and a single sheet of paper for three young children to share. Obviously an only child! The food was excellent though.

It was my first time eating at a tgi fridays. Erica was my server and I must say she was phenomenal!!!! She made me and my fiance's drinks which were absolutely delicious !! Her people skills were outstanding! If you eat here ask for Erica! I will be returning very soon!
