I understand about being short staff, I went in no one was at the door, stood there for about 20 mins someone from the back and said they would be right there,waited another 10mins no one came I left. Poor customer service.

We walked into the restaurant. 2 adults and one 3-year-old asked for a booth. They said they might be able to accommodate us. We waited 10 minutes and several other groups of people just standing there. The front area when you first walked in had a bad smell. We left there, and several other groups followed right behind us.A family restaurant couldn't accommodate a family. I understand that with shortages and staffing issues, there are problems and issues. My problem is you act like we are hard to deal with and act like we ask for something impossible. We were not rude or anything. It was an issue that they didn't want...
