Today I went to this TGIFridays on my 1 hour lunch break. I wanted to try this $5 Cheeseburger and Fries deal that was advertised. I got there at 12:17pm, ordered by 12:21pm. BUT somehow no food arrived at the table by 12:50pm. I was told by the server that my order was never put in. NOT SURE HOW THAT HAPPENED. I had to leave to get back to work. Thanks for wasting my entire break. I refuse to go back to another TGIFRIDAYS. So I go to TGIFridays and fill out a comment card online. I wrote the following: "Dear TGIFridays, I refuse to go back to another TGIFRIDAYS. Today I went to the 7023 W Broad, Richmond, VA 23294 here in Richmond, VA on my 1 hour lunch break. I tried going to TGIFRIDAYS for this $5 cheeseburger and Fries deal. Got there at 12:17pm, ordered by 12:21pm. Somehow no food arrived at the table by 12:50pm.
