Visited this Friday’s on 1/20/22! I walked in and waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged! Finally who turned out to be my waiter greeted and sat me! He did a great job being attentive and respectful! The food was so so! Brandon was a great server! When I was leaving, I saw what appeared to be a manager at the podium. Average taste for all the choices we got as we were 3 persons.The bad thing i faced while i was trying to pay at the cashier was not accepting paying using my apply pay by mobile.I was not carrying my credit cards and it was embarrassing for me as i was inviting my friends on my own expenses.TGI Fridays in my country Saudia Arabia accepting apple pay and in this branch in Washington not accepting.The whole world transformed to use the updated and the trendy method to utilize the AI to satisfy its customers and to increase its revenue and this branch has stopped to look for improvement.I will never come to TGI Fridays whenever.
