Delicious curry! Doesn't look like much but flavorful food, friends and quick service. Helpful menu tells you spice levels. Came back for another chocolate roti! Highly recommend!

Hungry and Thai sounded good. Three of us. Limited menu but every entree was superb. Small location. Quaint. Will be back.

I can't believe I've never written a review for Thai Curry Simple!  This place has been here for years and is one of the best thai places in the area.  Don't let the name full you into believing that the food is simplistic - in fact, it is anything but.  As is standard for Thai cuisine, the elaborate interwining of intricate flavors is the theme here.  The curries and the noodles are have so much flavor it is a dance of happy spices.  I think they've named themselves "simple" because of the breadth of the menu, where they've focused on just a handful of noodle dishes and curries.   The spot is so tiny if you're not looking for it, you'll probably miss it (next to 85 Degrees bakery along 5th across from the ID tunnel entrance).  Be warned though - lunch in particular gets crazy busy so take advantage of tech options to order online (or via Yelp even).  There's barely any seating (maybe holds 10-15 people).  Try it...and come often.  You won't regret it.
