This place has the best pad thai for miles and miles.  In fact, I haven't found any better place for it yet.  Just thought I'd start with that since it's the main reason I go to E-Sarn; if you're a fan of pad thai like I am, I'd recommend going out of your way to get it here. I've eaten at Thai E-Sarn Cuisine around a dozen times now and I can confidently say that I haven't been disappointed in any capacity over the entirety of all my visits.  Let me break it down: Food: It's above average in many ways and just plain fantastic in others.  All food is served piping hot and the entree portions are large.  The spice level (hotness) is medium.  I often get pad thai, usually Pad Thai Tom Yum or Pad Thai Basil, which is consistently freakin' amazing: it's succulent and mouth-watering, unlike so many other dry and lifeless pad thai dishes I've had for the same price at other establishments.  The noodles, vegetables, and meat contained therein are cooked to perfection, as is the shrimp (something I don't normally compliment).  As for other choice dishes I've tried: The drunken noodles are flavorful and creatively prepared.  The Tom Kha Kai soup is a godsend of a coconut soup.  All of the tofu dishes make tofu seem amazing instead of boring.  And the appetizers are delicious too.  E-Sarn's rolls, rangoons, and dumplings are all scrumptious and their vegetable tempura, a favorite appetizer of mine, is perfectly breaded and served with a particularly good red dipping sauce.
