Ordered chicken pad Thai. Bland dry noodles with little else in it. No sign of any chicken at all. Extremely minimal egg or onion. Some of the most underwhelming pad Thai I have ever eaten. I had a few bites and stopped eating (and that says a lot coming from me!). Would rather spend my calories elsewhere. Two stars because they were nice people.

We hired Thai-U-Up food truck to cater our wedding this past summer and it was AMAZING! Prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious--we got lots of comments from our guests about how it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! Overall the process for hiring, choosing menu, contract, and set-up all went smoothly, although communication was a little unclear at times. I loved that they left us the leftovers as well--we kept them out and people snacked on it throughout the night. My parents really enjoy ordering from the food truck normally as well--they kept going back insisting they needed another "taste test" before the wedding. Overall, 10/10 would get catering again.
