Stopped by on a Saturday for lunch, had the Filipino Style Banh Mi Sandwich, it did not disappoint! Fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and chilis along with BBQ chicken. Would totally order again!

Eat this man's food! I was having a bad day (cancer in the fam) and the moment I walked in Rene made me feel welcome. Super nice guy, puts his heart into his food and his family. He chatted me up and made something as simple as picking up an online order an enjoyable experience. I left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. Kindness from a stranger was an unexpected bonus for my lunch plans. Oh, and the tofu bahn mi was bomb! The food alone was worth the visit.

The Thank Que bowl was delicious, although smaller than I thought it'd be. Not much food goes for less than $10 these days though, so the portion wasn't that alarming. My boyfriend normally dislikes Filipino food, but he really liked the BBQ chicken! The sauce is sweet and tangy, and tastes like there's some other Asian flavoring mixed in (some notes of sweet and sour, some of a thick soy like oyster sauce). I love how well the BBQ sauce integrates over the steamed rice, and the light pickled papaya (atchara). The folks serving up this fresh take of Filipino food are super nice! They also hav...
