Incredible!! We stumbled across this place trying to find a spot to eat on our way to Seattle for a show. Easy to get to, delicious food, and the ENTIRE STAFF was kind and attentive. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

In autumn of 2016, after another long day of working at the restaurant where I was a Back of house operations Manager in Seattle, WA, all I wanted to do was grab some good Italian food at a nice local establishment called "That's Amore Italian Cafe" with my fiancee, an active DACA recipient and noticeably hispanic person of color. We were both hosted and seated at a two person table, against a wall. This day has put me on a pedestal of knowing what privilege truly is. I, myself, an Asian-American Islander and person of color felt separated from the rest of the crowd based on the color of my skin. No waiter or waitress assisted us for nearly an hour, as we attempted to catch their attention. During that time, I watched and observed as customers after us are seated and served bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and butter prior to their meals, as our table was still left unattended with both of us still seated. I then started observing the type of customers being served, whom were noticeably all people of fare white skin. This is when I knew.
