Wow! I've never been more motivated to leave a review.this was my nice'a pizza experience today:1. Order pizza, salad, garlic bread for carryout2. Wait in the store for well over 45 minutes for this simple order, noticing the joint is understaffed.3. Continue to wait while the kitchen staff worked and a deliverywoman watched on her phone (entire 45 minutes)4. FINALLY receive my order, and foolishly trust that the degenerates included every item so I leave without checking.5. Arrive home and notice the extra side of salad dressing I purchased (WRITTEN ON RECEIPT) is not included.6. Call the joint and describe what happened to the ignorant manager, to be told the only form of compensation would be the dressing i PURCHASED and nothing else, and that's if I wanted to drive back up there for some reason even though I just left after waiting nearly an hour. I asked if I could get a salad credit, Ms. Manager's response was "You can get a dressing credit."that'sa bad'a experience & you just'a lost'a good customer'aget a clue

I picked up my first Pizza from the “Concord Location” and I have to say it was Excellent! I love the location because it’s only minutes from our home. The food that these guys make is really really good, I highly recommend That’sa Nice’a Pizza for your next pizza or any of their food, you can’t go wrong here.
