Wow I usually don't leave a review, but I gotta say I had the best Korean food ever in the US. I ordered Seolleong tang and it's even hard to find one in Seattle. Since I'm Korean, I'm very picky about Korean food and I haven't found Korean restaurants I like here. This was amazing and the soup flavor was perfect. Given that they made this soup for 14 hours according to their menu description, I felt like I was eating my mom's food from my hometown. I could feel that the chef put lots of effort and love into this food. To be honest, I didn't like side dishes although I'm a side dish goer, but thanks to main soup quality, this didn't bother me at all. Can't wait to order other food to see if every food is great there. :D

It's just next to the Alley, another Korean restaurant. It's brighter than the Alley and the price is a bit higher than that.Their menu is full of Korean terminologies hahah, so I distinguish the dish by the picture on the menu.Gamjatang They had the dish and the side dishes on a tray, it is quite ceremonic. I had the spicy pork bone soup. It is fabulous!!! You can't say no to it in a cold weather! The vegetables in it is wildleave probably? I thought the veges might be cabbages or zucchini, but not really....

This is stop #3 on my quest to try all the tofu soups in the u district. I was blown away by the BoB! Firstly, you get a quart of soup and a pint of rice for $11!! That's SO generous- especially since the still poached the egg in the takeout container, which the other places hasn't done. Secondly, the broth was super flavorful, and the veggie soft tofu soup had a TON of veggies added. You don't miss the meat! It was a mild/medium amount of spice - enough to be flavorful without being painful. I also got the fried dumpling order, which were delicious ly chewy and came with an interesting jalepeno soy sauce. All of the orders were packaged super carefully for takeout and traveled well. The banchan was less generous than other places (no scallion pancake :( ) , but that pales in comparison to how tasty the soup was. Highly recommend!
