The Bottom Line in Seattle

The staff need customer service training! I understand a little bit of Spanish and I hear them talking about the students and making fun of them! Especially the older woman who goes by the name Martha or Martita, she comments negatively on what a person orders or looks like and they all laugh . The woman at the counter who is the supervisor , never acknowledges the customer and seems very unhappy with her work. I hope they do get some customer service training or basic courtesy . Seems like they don't understand that they are there because of the customers.

This place never has any food.  They are always out when grad students arrive.  What they do have has been there all day and is barely touched, probably because it is the exact same 3 items that have been available all year. Their donuts come in little baggies that ALL of the frosting sticks too.  This is an absolute evil to do to maple bars.  Almost enough to drop out of school and leave the country to never return. There sandwiches are vegan conscious cardboard vomit pills.  Sure they are healthy, but you'll hate yourself forever if you eat one; and you'll probably die alone. Their chocolate bars are like $7 bucks!?  For chocolate! Seattle U replaced the company who runs this place and made it permanently worse.  If this was my first year here I seriously would have dropped out based on this food alone.  Prison and military food is better, I would know.   Verdict: you're better off going to prison or war than you are eating this cardboard flavored slop.

The bottom line is at great place I wish that they had bagels other than that and that's my only complaint the staff is great.
