The Burger Joint in Annapolis

My family came here to eat since we were staying close by and needed something quick. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the burger. I got the wagyu truffle burger, my husband got the wagyu wellington special and my 8yr daughter got the cheeseburger sliders kids meal. We all loved our burger but the only thing that bugged me was how messy it got and the bottom bun gets soggy. The patty was well seasoned and super juicy cooked at medium which was recommended on the menu. My sweet potato fries was perfectly cooked without being limp or soggy. The onion rings was nice and thick and also perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend this place!

A mixed experience.  Got the Wagyu Wellington special.  The burger patty was A+.  Perfectly done and delicious.  The rest was a disappointment.  The bun was mediocre and too small.  The goop (there is no other word for it - a mixture of mojo sauce, mustard, mushroom Worcester, onion bouillon, and blue cheese sauce) on the burger was confusing tasting (and too salty).  it flowed out of the burger onto my hands uncontrollably and detracted from the meat flavor.  I got sweet potato waffle fries, which were hot and crispy and came with an excellent spicy sauce (like remoulade).  Another A.  Service was friendly and efficient, but we had a very hard time hearing each other through the barriers.

The burgers are really great, probably the best burger place in Annapolis. The service from the workers is also top notch. The feel of the restaurant is a whole in the wall with high quality taste. When the burger joint first opened I wasn't impressed, however over the last year the cooks have really figured things out, because when I decided to give it another try the food blew me away.
