I have been on a few adventures in the last 6 months looking for a relaxing dinning experience. It is no surprise that the restaurant industry has changed in the past few years. However, there is one very rare and pleasant exception. My recent visit to the Butchery was all the things a dinning experience should be. The space has creative decor. Quiet enough to enjoy a properly paced meal, and yet pleasant conversation with the staff. The pride and passion this team puts into their work is notable in the least and outright impressive at best. Jessie was helpful with suggestions and gave true uninterrupted service regardless of her other tables. Vernon the bar Manager is beyond expectations in with his creativity and obviously takes incredible pride in his work. Last to be mentioned and certainly not least would be Karen. She is this the true heart of this operation. Taking personal interest in every table and operations flawlessly. The food is above reproach and has been made thoughtfully and with every intent of bursting with perfectly paired flavors.
