Came for lunch today (Thursday) and the sign on the door & on yelp says it should be open but the door was locked & the lights were off. Pretty disappointed because we were excited to try this place.

Had seen the place on 1960 and decided to try it for lunch. But handwritten sign on door reads "Sorry we're closed." Oh well

We dont normally complain because I have worked in the food industry for years and know the job is hard. We had the worst experience tonight at The Catch. We had a party of 5 and told the guy to wait for the remaining food to come out until our party was complete. Our party was complete 10 minutes after each other. After waiting 45 minutes for 2 people's order we figured the remaining food was coming shortly after. We were wrong about this and when asked where the order was we were told they were waiting for the other people in our party. After complaining we still gave them 45 more minutes. Once the time passed we asked for a manager and was ignored for another 20 minutes. Complained again and said they were voiding the food - didnt happen. We got up one more time and demanded a refund with no food. They did not give us the tip back and we walked out hungry.
