Exceptional staff going out of their way to make sure my kiddos were comfortable. We were guests using a day pass but we could not have felt more welcome. (The mask and goggles picture was a joke definitely not required to swim lol)

MONEY HUNGRY !!!!!Since the pandemic I have not been able to use the facilities. I canceled before money was withdrawn from my account. They refuse to cancel my services for the next 30 days knowing I am not able to use their facilities. They are charging my account and say I am welcome to use their facilities for the next 30 days. I would like to add that I have not used any of their services since February of 2020. They describe their monthly payment policy to be the same as Netflix. All I want is for my money to be refunded since my yearly subscription has ended in December of 2020.
