The confectionery person made a mistake by giving me a piece of pie when I wanted the whole. Then had to wait 15 min. to get it resolved. She needs to pay attention to customers. Management needs to fix the problem faster.

I have been to Cheesecake Factory maybe 6 or 7 times and the food is decent. The service has always been friendly. Most of the time there is a wait due to popularity and limited seating due to COVID. If you can make a reservation, that is the way to go. I have to admit that I go for the Cheese Cake and atmosphere. The meals are good, but they are mediocre. Nothing overly impressive about it and sometimes it is bland and not very flavourful. You're paying for the atmosphere and the Cheesecake Factory brand. The atmosphere is remarkable and it has a soothing feel. There is really cool glass art throughout the restaurant. I found that if you buy a full cheese cake you will save some money and have plenty to take home.
