Not what it used to be. Pasta was so overcooked that you could mash it like a potato. Sadly they were UNDERSTAFFED and should not have allowed that many customers for the one waitress we had. She did do HER BEST.

Chef Luke prepared the best herb crusted salmon we've ever tasted. Sent compliments to chef via our waitress Victoria. We topped dinner off with the caramel pecan turtle cheesecake.

I feel horrible my fiancé my little brother and i wanted to bring my mom here to the cheesecake factory in Arlington as a late Christmas gift and everything has just been going wrong. The waitress takes for ever i am understanding of it being busy but then she doesn't bring what she says shes gonna bring we have asked for bread 4 times and never received it we had to wait 20 mins for silver ware and even then the hot bread was cold when we asked someone other than our waitress to bring it. We received out appetizer and it was watery and not good at all i finally received my food and its cold not ice cold but cold as if it has been sitting for a while the manager was really really sweet...
