I’ve been to a few Cheesecake Factory’s in a few states. And some of them can be hit or miss but never in my life have I been to one that brings out dirty dishes and then brings out dirty replacements to replace the dirty ones. This one takes the cake. When we tried to address our concerns with the waiter he walked off without listening. Then when the manager was sent to handle it he told us mistakes happened and also did not want to listen. When he was told he wasn’t listening, after finally listening he asked if we were done so he could talk. Man it was like a lost cause. Definitely looking into contacting a general manager or someone.
