Great location. Lots of parking and service was great. Location is clean and staff all wear masks. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. They have umbrellas so you don't get burnt by the sun. Food and drinks were tasty

I had the misfortune of eating here on a Sunday which also happened to be my birthday and it was one of the worst dining experiences I ever had. the waitress whose name was Natasha seemed very polite, but in reality was one of the worst servers I ever had. She kept saying she would bring out bread which never happened, and we literally waited almost 2 hours for our food to come out. Needless to say everything was cold and although my friend managed to get his soup re-heated, my entire dish was cold and unappetizing. Even though I sent it back, it still came back cold. We did complain to the manager who took my entree and our dessert off the bill, but if he had any class he should have comped the entire bill because that's what the food and service was worth. Nothing. Cheesecake Factory is nothing more than a I-95 tourist trap and I would avoid it at all costs.

The cheesecake factory isn't what it used to be. You'll either enjoy your service and meal or you will have terrible service and terrible food. They need to update the restaurant atmosphere. They need new tables- most are wobbly, the food is either a hit or miss and it's over priced for the service you get. We've had a few bad meals here and an actual burger that had bad cheese on it!
