Chicken was tender and juicy. Fries were cold though probably because they seemed to be understaffed and drive through was a 20-30 minute wait.

Wife asked what I wanted for my Birthday Lunch, I said Chicken Shack. Placed the order in Visalia about 10:15 am. Got to Hanford 30 min later. Went inside to pay. Seen my order was lacking daughters kids meal. Asked them to add it to my current order. Server said it would only be 5 min more. I said ok, that's fine. Proceeded to pay. Went to sit down and waited another 15 mins. Went to ask the cashier how much longer on my order, to her response "Oh I forgot." What?! Are you kidding me? How do you forget to place an order that you had already taken the order over the phone, and then take my money when I get there. Give me a receipt for my order just to tell me that you forgot about my order?! I applaud the expansion of The Chicken Shack, especially when you have a great product that has a pretty strong following behind it. But at the expense of less than decent customer service. Guess I'll check out the New Raising Cain's in Visalia. Sorry "The Chicken Shack" looks like customer service is making yo...
