Stumbled on this truck coming out of St George distillery. Never heard of a Brazilian/Senegalese food truck, and was excited to check this out. The Ganar with coconut rice was really good. Also had some beignets, which were also good. Definitely coming back for this great combination of food!

Great place to pick up some fusion Brazilian Senegalese food. Love the lamb chops, will definitely make this a twice a week place to eat. Thank you!

The Damel is a Brazilian/African Food Truck. it's the mobile replica of the brick & mortar location on broadway. offerings: desserts, street food, bites, fruit juices eats: Khar sandwich (8) "halal grilled lamb chops with sauteed onions, garlic & artisanal mustard" -chewy pieces of lamb meat very juicy, but not easily bitten into pieces. - beignet (5) 5 small pieces "sengelese deep fried choux served with ganache (whipped chocolate with butterr & cream)" -semi-greasy fried pieces of dough, tasted ok, no powdered sugar on it -no ganache given. when i asked. was informed they ran out. take outs: -everything made to order, between 10-20 minutes -sad they would sell something they didn't have & charged for it. -wouldn't re-order either item. 3.5 stars
