The bartenders are friendly and there’s a few parking spots, but, unfortunately, The Den doesn’t have much to else to offer. ♂️Visited after a Houston Cougars basketball game. Seemed to be a lot of regulars and college students here enjoying themselves, it’s not the sports bar vibe we expected.At 5pm on a Saturday with rap music blaring it’s more like a pregame spot for UH students to hit up before going downtown.

The den is a pretty great bar that I’ve been frequenting for the better part of 6 months. They’ve added some new faces that are friendly and efficient but I can not say enough about my OG bartender drew! From the start drew has made me some of the best drinks I’ve ever had and even on busy nights he stays on top of my drinks and the countless other customers vying for his attention. Between the crowd and the work load he continues to be a funny and efficient bartender and I never leave this bar without feeling happy, definitely money well spent at the den :)
