I’ve been here three times and enjoy the customer service and food. Facilities are clean as well.Last time we order chilaquiles, California Benedict eggs and a waffle. Everything was good, chilaquiles are not spicy FYI and have the eggs underneath the chilaquiles. California Benedict eggs come with a side of fruit or hash browns. They have avocado, tomato and spinach under the sauce, they’re very good in my opinion. If you don’t like tomatoes you can ask them to be removed. I love avocado and enjoyed the combination of it with the eggs, sauce and muffin. The waffle was good nothing special just the regular waffle…Will be coming back again:)

The Egg & Us is one of my local Ballard diners, and for that I certainly am lucky! The bacon-cheddar-tomato, the Italian, and the Belltown scrambles are my favorites (with hashbrowns and an English muffin...the British sure know how to make a good muffin!) and I rotate between ordering each of the three. The cafe ambiance and table service are lovely, but they've also still been open for pick-up and delivery orders during the current global pandemic, so I've been enjoying my Eggs & Us breakfasts at home until further notice. Thanks for being there...you're one of the best places in town!
