Simply superb. My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here this evening. We could not have been any happier with the superior food and service that we received. Our waiter Blair was outstanding. He was welcoming, friendly and professional. He always checked in with us in a timely manner, to see if everything was OK, or if we needed anything. Another server, Michael, was terrific as well. We enjoyed talking with both of them.The food, was splendid. My wife's braised beef short ribs were delicious and tender. My New York strip steak was also tender and absolutely perfectly cooked. And the 2 desserts we had, were delicious as well.It has been a very, very long time, since we've had such a consistently excellent restaurant experience, when we dined out. We had just about given up hope... but then we found The Federal!We will most definitely be back and look forward with great anticipation, to our next meal there.Again, simply superb!

Staff exceptions, food delicious but portions very small. My lobster tail was only half of a 4 inch tail. First time there not going back if hungry.
