Myself and 3 others participated in the Great Wheel dining experience on 1/29/2022. I battled with this review, but honestly, for ~$150 per person, this was wholly unacceptable. This comes down to a communication breakdown on the restaurant side of things. I am glad this was a gift to us and that I didn't actually pay for this myself. About a week ahead of our dinner, I called and let the restaurant know that we would want the vegetarian option for all members of our party. When getting to the point of actually eating dinner, we started with Prawns/Cocktail sauce and a Caesar salad. At that point, I inquired about the vegetarian options we were supposed to have. The staff didn't know what we were talking about. When I asked about if the specific Caesar dressing was vegetarian, the waiter replied, "There isn't bacon on it." After going a few times around on the wheel, the staff came back, apologized, and offered to replace our (Apparently not vegetarian) salads. Telling your customers tha...
