Great food with even better service.

The restaurant is beautiful with a great outdoor dining area looking out on the golf course.But3 times now we have been poorly served.Last night with another couple we received our entrees but not the sides.We then asked the wait person to bring our sides and 15 minutes later while my steak was getting cold I was forced to go to the desk and ask why I am now eating a cold steak with no sides.They then came out but too late.We hear this from others also .They seem to have a problem keeping managers and maybe that is part of the problem.My steak was cold but also dry.The last time we were there tge steak was well done and I ordered medium rare. The couple with us experienced the same over cookingI hope their get it right but something is basically wrong
