Really nothing special here, inside needs to be updated

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Great atmosphere, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and the food is spectacular. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And, our server was a testament to the quality of the establishment and the owner-she’s been working there for 20 years. Highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

My first time dining there. Our server Kim, was outstanding!! The biscuits were warm and delicious without butter. I am a big fan of conch chowder and was NOT disappointed with The Grilles version. A rich and flavorful tomato base was complemented with chunks of potatoes and celery. The chowder was perfectly seasoned just the right balance of spiciness. The star was the conch itself. Usually restaurants put just enough in to be able to call it conch chowder, this was not the case with this version. The conch was plentiful and present in every spoonful I enjoyed. Our table enjoyed 5 entrees. The snapper, swordfish and duck eaters were all members of the clean plate club. The Hawaiian Rib eye was cooked to perfect medium rare and was enough for a second meal tomorrow. I had the pork chops which were moist and tender, it is sometimes scary to order pork chops out because many kitchen's tend to not know how to cook pork chops properly. The kitchen at the Grille on Congress kitchen definitely knows how to cook pork chops. The pricing for the entrees are perfectly aligned with the portion size.A must visit when in the area.
